REFUND POLICY
We offer a standard Return and Refund Policy which is outlined below.
Refunds Prior to Shipping
You are welcome to cancel your order prior to items being shipped.
Handling time is generally 24 hours, order cancellations must be received within this time frame.
Refunds After Shipping
You can return goods purchased from our website within 14 days of delivery if the goods are damaged or defective. We are unable to accept returns if you change your mind, so please choose carefully. Goods must be returned unused; in the original packaging they were received.
If you have changed your mind about a product, you can send back to us in their original, unopened condition. A refund will be issued once goods have been inspected and approved as being in the appropriate condition.
Refund Method
Your refund will be processed using the same method that the items were purchased. If you purchased using your credit or debit card via our website, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to return to your account. If you paid using direct deposit, please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be received. If you purchased using local pick up, your refund will be issued to you at the time of return using the same method as your payment method.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
Goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped will be replaced at no cost to the customer. All damaged, defective, and incorrect goods must be returned to us, we will arrange for this to occur.

Shipping and Packing Costs
Goods that are returned due to damage, incorrect items, or defects, will be return shipped at no cost to the customer.
Product Returns Exceeding the Cancellation Period of 14 Days
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for cancellation requests that are outside of our cancellation period (14 Days). If you believe that your goods were defective and didn’t notice until after this time, please contact us at admin@lasthurrahfunerals.com.au
